Who we are
MyAccidentGuide is operated by 365 DataSolutions. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we do not provide legal representation. See our Legal Disclaimer for the full scope of what this service does and does not do.
Scope: Illinois only
This program is currently launching in Illinois only. We accept and forward requests only for motor-vehicle accidents that occurred in Illinois. If your accident occurred elsewhere, we tell you we cannot forward the request, and we do not sell, resell, or shop that information to attorneys or marketers in other states.
Information we collect
- Contact details you submit: first name, last name, mobile phone number, and email address.
- Accident details you submit: the state and ZIP code where the accident occurred, the accident date, the accident type, whether you were injured, and whether you are already represented.
- Your authorization record: the exact consent language shown to you, its version, and the date and time you submitted it.
- Technical and marketing data: campaign parameters (such as UTM values, Google Click ID, and Meta Click ID), the landing page URL, the referring page, and your IP address at submission.
How we use your information
- To transmit your request to one participating attorney who handles motor-vehicle accident matters.
- To maintain internal records of the request and of our notification to the attorney.
- To measure marketing performance in aggregate.
We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties, and we do not send your name, phone number, email address, or accident details to advertising platforms.
How your information is shared
When you submit the request form and your request meets the program's basic screening criteria, your information is transmitted to our customer relationship system of record and forwarded to one participating attorney. That attorney independently decides whether to contact you and whether to consider representation. Once the attorney receives your information, the attorney's own privacy practices apply to their use of it.
Communications
By submitting the form, you authorize contact from a participating attorney's office by phone or email at the contact details you provided. You may ask that office to stop contacting you at any time.
Retention, access, and deletion
We retain submission records, including the consent record, for as long as needed for recordkeeping and dispute resolution. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion of your website submission record, email support@myaccidentguide.com. Deleting our record does not delete information already received by the attorney; you must contact that office directly for their records.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-restricted systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the program expands beyond Illinois or as our practices change. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
