About MyAccidentGuide
MyAccidentGuide is an information and attorney-connection service operated by 365 DataSolutions. We were built for one narrow purpose: help people who were just in a motor vehicle accident understand what usually happens next, and give them one simple, optional way to be contacted by a participating attorney.
What we do
Publish plain-language information
Our Accident Information Center explains what commonly happens after a motor vehicle accident: documentation, insurance contact, medical records, and typical timelines.
Forward requests you choose to send
If you ask us to, we transmit the information you submit to one participating attorney's office that handles motor-vehicle accident matters in Illinois.
Keep the process free and optional
There is no charge to you, and you are never required to submit anything to read our information.
What we do not do
- We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
- We do not evaluate whether you have a claim or what it might be worth.
- We do not rank, recommend, or endorse any particular attorney.
- We do not sell your information to a marketplace of buyers or bidders.

How we are paid
Consumers pay nothing. Participating attorneys may compensate 365 DataSolutions for qualified requests generated through this service. That compensation does not change the information we publish, and it does not mean an attorney has agreed to represent you.
Where we operate
Our information is general and available to anyone. Attorney-contact requests are currently limited to accidents that occurred in Illinois, because that is where we have a participating attorney. If you are outside Illinois, you are welcome to use the Accident Information Center.
